Cheese Garlic Bread

This recipe is a little rough, I pretty much improvise most times I make it, but it really isn't too hard.
Cheese Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

*A loaf of French bread (or regular slices of bread will do just fine)
*Shredded Cheese- I usually use cheddar, but you can use whatever kind you want. You can also mix different types.
*Garlic powder
*Butter

(1) Preheat the oven to 230 degrees f (this is kind of approximate...)
(2) If you have a loaf, cut it into about five inch pieces and slice open. If you have regular bread slices, lay them out as well. Put the bread on a cookie sheet. (spray that with some Pam)
(3) Spread butter on the top side of each bread piece.
(4) Sprinkle the garlic powder on the butter. I usually just sprinkle about a pinch, but the more you put, the more garlicy it is.
(5) Sprinkle some cheese on top of the garlic powder. Same thing as above, the more cheese, the cheesier.
(6) Put it in the over and bake untill the cheese is melted and the edges of the bread is golden-brown. Once they start to turn brown, you've burned the bread.
(7) Take out, let cool, and enjoy!

Sorry I don't have excact temperatures and times for this recipe... hopefully the above will do.

Bon Appetit!
